Sincethen, the restaurant has welcomed thousands of guests, catered hundreds of events and built relationships with the folks who have supported it from day one.
While every Gus’s location has the same commitment to quality and Southern hospitality, each store develops its own story through the people who walk through the door and share food. TheLovell Road team is known for serving the signature flavor guests expect, but also creating a place that the community feels comfortable continuously coming back to.

Gus and Gertrude perfected these recipes, allowing their slight sweetness to offset the spiciness of the fried chicken.
